Terms of delivery

Rental terms

The rental includes a Loop product family meter with its wall mount and user manual, as well as remote consultation / reporting as agreed in writing, depending on the scope of the service. Delivery costs are added to the rent.

The rental period is usually 12 months (minimum 3 months); a different period may be agreed separately. For agreements valid until further notice, the notice period is generally 1 month.

The delivery time may vary from case to case; as a rule, delivery is made directly from the warehouse within 7 days.

The rent is invoiced at the invoicing interval stated in the agreement. We verify the solvency of corporate customers and check the credit information of consumer customers.

Under these terms, devices are delivered to mainland Finland only; other locations are possible if agreed separately.

The renter undertakes to handle the device with care and to use it in accordance with the instructions. The device may not be handed over to a third party or repaired by a third party. Nor may the agreement be transferred to a third party. Any breakage of the device must be reported without delay.

For a lost or stolen device, the current selling price is charged loopshore.com/en/devices. This also applies to cases involving a third party. If the device is damaged as a result of careless handling or of use that has not been agreed with us, the damage is compensated according to the aforementioned amount.

Loopshore is not liable for any indirect or direct costs or damages related to the use of the measuring device, its possible breakage, or interpretations, conclusions or decisions made on the basis of the measurement results and analyses produced by the service.

If the rental continues after the contract period ends, the rental terms are always reviewed separately. The renter’s information is processed in accordance with the privacy notice.

The device must be returned without delay at the end of the rental period as a return package, in accordance with separate instructions. The costs of shipments returned in other ways are invoiced to the customer. Apart from the battery charge, the device must be in the same condition as at the start of the rental period.

The rental does not include insurance. We reserve the right to change prices. In the event of force majeure, Loopshore is not obliged to deliver the device. If the customer breaches the rental terms, Loopshore has the right to take possession of the measuring device without delay.
