The stored information (name, company, email, address, phone number) is used for processing orders, managing customer relationships, statistics, analysis and marketing. Customers have the right to prohibit the use of their information for marketing by notifying Loopshore Oy. Information given when registering a device (building, room…) is used only to provide the service.
5. Regular sources of information
Information is collected in the register from product orders and contacts.
6. Disclosure and protection of information
The information is used only by Loopshore and is not as such disclosed to third parties. Transport companies and the like receive only the information needed to deliver the product. Customers have the right to check the information concerning them by contacting the controller in writing. The information is protected with the technical security measures normally used in business, and it is processed only by persons whose work requires it.
